TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Change Order

You are only allowed to request changes to your order within 5 hours after placing your order. Please contact us to requests changes to your order. 

 

Returns 

We do not accept any returns in any condition unless there is proof that our product is defective or not functional. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  Customers will be responsible for shipping cost of the return item.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are acceptable if made within 2 hours after placing your order. Please note that cancellations are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

 

Warranty

Alpaca Cables offers lifetime warranty for our cables. If your repair request is within 30 days of receipt, we will cover all shipping costs for your repair. For repair requests after 30 days, the customer will be responsible for shipping.

 

Shipping

Alpaca Cables is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Please make sure to enter your correct shipping address and select the proper shipping method for safe delivery of your package. If you need help with changing your shipping address or tracking your order, feel free to contact us.
